Their chef makes the best mushroom raviolis I've ever had!
Go visit the bartender Palmer on a Friday night, you'll never have a dull moment! Play any song you want on their Jukebox! If you go on a weekend, have the Bartender Zhanna make you one of her famous Bloody Mary's, they are the BEST! -

While we are parking here comes a caballero on his horse. For a moment I felt like we were in Texas.

So we stopped by here for drinks after eating at El Trumpudo's last night. Trumpudo's doesn't serve liquor. I sure wanted a margarita or a beer while eating my shrimp tacos over there but oh well.
So this is a cozy bar with a cool yet sweet bartender, Margie. Our friend ordered a raspberry drop but the cute cowgirl/rocker waitress recommended a pineapple drop. It was gooood. Sluuuuurp. I just got a plain ole margarita. Hubby ordered an old fashioned. Everything was tasty. I love to try everybody's drink or everybody's food. Why because I don't have cooties and if I come back I wanna see if someone ordered something better than I did.
So while we are chattin and drinkin I see plates of delicious looking food being brought to the people sitting in the bar. It smelt gooooood!
I says to my friend, "what?! They serve food here?! We coulda ate here. ". So next time I'm eatin here that is what we shall do. Check out the food pics people have posted, they look good! -

Total local bar/restaurant. The people there knew the staff. Service was very friendly. Looks very seedy outside. Food good. Would come back.

I come from San Francisco to eat here. John is a wonderful bartender, an affable expert mixer with a number of unusual liquors he is happy to share. (Try his negronis!)!He will make you feel very welcome before you move to the dining room if you want to start with a drink. Moving to the dining room, the wait staff are homey, attentive, and lovely. The food... oh my! The chef is a high end SF chef escapee... home town Italian food that is delicious. From simple pure flavors to complex multilayered dishes.
The place looks like the kind of roadhouse that I would never stop at. Fortunately I was brought here a few years ago and now drive from SF to eat here every week or so.
Oh, and Ashley is a terrific waitress! -

Love this spot! Great food with a quiet intimate atmosphere. Food is consistently great without fighting crowds.
